The website www.mindblowescape.com is owned and operated by Mindblow Escape, S.L. The company reserves the right to modify or vary these terms and conditions, including any content on the website, at its discretion and without prior notice.
The following terms apply to any visitor of the Mindblow Escape website and should be read carefully before use.
Mindblow Escape makes every effort to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information on its website.
The Mindblow Escape website is for personal, non-commercial use. You are not permitted to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from this website.
You are not permitted to connect to or use any part of the Mindblow Escape website for any purpose that is fraudulent, illegal, defamatory, harmful, obscene, or objectionable.
You agree that the Internet is not completely secure. Mindblow Escape takes all appropriate measures to protect the security of payments and credit/debit card information; however, Mindblow Escape will not be responsible for any damages that may arise from the loss of confidentiality of this information.
Mindblow Escape shall not be liable to any person for direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including (without limitation) loss of profits or revenue, loss of opportunities, replacement costs of goods or services, data loss or damage, or business interruption arising from any use of its website.

Copyright and Confidentiality

All names, designs, and slogans used on the website, in any marketing operations, and on the premises are protected by the copyright of Mindblow Escape, S.L. and its owners. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any kind is not permitted.
All Mindblow Escape players, by making a reservation, agree not to discuss, disclose, or disseminate any information about the content of the games or any proprietary information. By participating in the games, all players agree not to transmit this information and accept that they may be subject to legal action for breaching confidentiality rules.

Reservations

The only languages available to enter into an online reservation contract are Spanish, English, and Catalan.
Only persons who are at least 18 years old are permitted to book a game.
It is the client’s responsibility to verify that game details are correct.
Any purchase of a game is only valid when processed by Mindblow Escape.
Games cannot be transferred to a third party without prior contact with Mindblow Escape in special circumstances.
Games cannot be transferred or resold for commercial purposes or as prizes. If a game is transferred or resold in violation of this condition, entry will be denied to the game holder or the person claiming the right to attend the event.
You are solely responsible for entering your details correctly in the online booking form. By submitting a booking form, you guarantee to Mindblow Escape that all details provided are true and accurate.
You will receive confirmation of your reservation only by email. Mindblow Escape will not send additional confirmation by mail or text message.
Online reservations can only be made within a certain number of days in advance. For further advance bookings, please contact Mindblow Escape by email (info@mindblowescape.com) or by phone (+34 614 52 00 33).
The reservation will become void, and entry will be denied if the team arrives 30 minutes or more late. In such a situation, the money is non-refundable, and the reservation cannot be changed.
Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours before the reserved session without any fees. In this case, you can reschedule the session once for free to another date at the time of cancellation, without losing the payment of the reservation. If it is the second rescheduling, there will be a fee of €25.
If you must cancel at the last minute, you can reschedule the reservation, but it will incur a fee of €25. In case of no-shows on the reserved day and time without prior notice, the total amount paid for the reservation will be forfeited, with no right to a refund or rescheduling of the session.
Under no circumstances will refunds for reservations be issued. If you have made a mistake with the day, game, or time, call us in advance (up to 72 hours before your reservation) and we will reschedule it without any problem. Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a fee of €25.
Force Majeure: Mindblow Escape is not responsible for delays or obstructions that cause a delay in your arrival, whether due to bad weather, strikes, protests, floods, traffic, civil unrest, or any other reason. It is your sole responsibility to arrive on time according to your reservation.

Price and Payment

The price (including applicable VAT) per person for a game is stated in the reservation section of the Mindblow Escape website.
The price varies depending on the number of people in a room (2 to 6 people).
Reservations can be made online on the Mindblow Escape website, by phone, email, or in person at the venue.
Payment can be made by any credit card, debit card, or cash.
Full payment is required at the time of booking or may be made upon arrival, with a credit card required to guarantee the booking.
Review our cancellation policy. Sessions can be rescheduled 72 hours in advance or with <72 hours in advance and a surcharge of €25.
The final price of the session will be adjusted to the final number of people (whether more or less).

Safety and Enjoyment

Each Mindblow Escape player will be instructed before the game by their assigned Game Master. After learning the game rules, each player participates in the game at their own risk. Players will be held responsible for any damage they may cause due to inappropriate behavior or misuse of the equipment and game decorations. They will be required to pay for the damages caused.
If you are more than 30 minutes late from the original reservation time, the reservation will automatically be considered void, and you will not be able to start your game. Rescheduling will be at your own expense and subject to availability.
Persons under the influence of alcohol or unprescribed drugs may be refused entry, and the game will be considered void. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who is unfit, abusive, or inappropriate in any way, at the sole discretion of Mindblow Escape’s owners and staff. In this case, the amount of the reservation will not be refundable under any circumstances
Food and beverages are not allowed in the reception area or game rooms.
For admission, you must confirm the full name of the person who made the booking, and we may ask you to confirm the phone number and email address, as well as to show identification and a credit card.
The minimum age to play independently is 16 years. However, the experience can be enjoyed from the age of 8 as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Additionally, for ages between 8 and 16, there is the option to experience the game with our monitor. The monitor will accompany and guide them throughout the entire experience without the need for another adult to be present. This mode incurs an additional cost.
Mindblow Escape limits waiting spaces, and participants are asked to arrive early to be on time.
Mindblow Escape recommends clients wear comfortable clothing for the game. We provide a secure place for valuables.
We guarantee all hygiene, disinfection, and cleaning measures for both clients and employees.
