In a Hall Escape, unlike a traditional Escape Room, the goal is not to escape from one or more rooms but to decipher a central enigma. This type of experience takes place in a single space, where the challenges and puzzles are the heart of the activity. These games require logic and close collaboration among team members, fostering an even more cooperative dynamic than in a conventional Escape Room. If you enjoy the challenges and excitement of escape games, you will love visiting our most famous art gallery: Gaya.

No, not at all! Our Escape games are designed for all audiences, whether it's your first time or you're an expert in solving rooms. In the 'Mystery' mode, the challenges are adjusted so that anyone can enjoy them, and if you choose the 'Horror' or 'Realistic Horror' version, the tests are equally understandable, but you might take a little longer to solve them due to the added tension.

In Gaya, our Hall Escape, the game is designed for groups of 2 to 5 players. Baba Yaga, our Escape Room, accommodates groups of 2 to 6 people. The ideal team size depends on the dynamics you prefer or the experience you have. However, it is recommended that groups consist of 3 to 4 people for an optimal experience.

Yes, there is no problem modifying the number of players as long as you notify us at least 1 hour in advance. The total amount of the session will be adjusted to the final number of players.

No special physical skills are required. However, having some physical agility will help, as at certain moments you may need to pass through a narrow space, crouch, or go up a step. Nevertheless, the game focuses on solving puzzles, observation, and teamwork, and none of the challenges involve physical effort or strength, making it accessible for people of all ages and abilities.

You don’t need to bring anything special, just comfortable clothing and footwear, along with a desire to have fun. Everything you need to solve the puzzles will be inside the game.

Of course! Our games are suitable for children from 8 years old as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Additionally, we offer the option to add our monitor to the group, who will guide and accompany them throughout the experience. For the "Realistic Horror" version of Baba Yaga, players must be over 18 years old. For the other versions of our games, the minimum age to play independently is 16 years old. However, children aged between 8 and 16 can play our games if accompanied by an adult or our monitor (see FAQ "Is it suitable for children?").

The Mystery mode has been designed for those who want to enjoy our experiences without any jumpscares. Therefore, the actors and scares are removed, creating a calmer gaming atmosphere suitable for all audiences.

The "Horror" version includes elements designed to create tension and some scares, but it's not extreme terror. It's perfect for those who enjoy a little extra adrenaline! Additionally, the presence of actors during the game adds a more immersive touch. Our goal is not to make the experience traumatic, but rather fun and exciting.

The "Realistic Horror" version, available only in our Baba Yaga Escape Room, represents the highest level of horror. In this mode, the number and intensity of appearances increase, and physical contact is included. This mode does NOT involve, under any circumstances, situations of humiliation or physical pain for the players. The "Realistic Horror" version offers the best experience for fans of the horror genre.

You will be monitored at all times, and if any player wants to leave, they simply need to shout it out loud and clear. If that happens, our Game Master will ensure their safety, and the rest of the group can, if they wish, continue with the experience (except in groups of 2 players).

If you choose the Mystery version, it won’t be possible to switch to the Horror/Realistic Horror version during the game. However, if you’ve chosen Horror, you can always lower the intensity or even switch to the Mystery version if fear overwhelms you during the game. Just let us know, and we’ll adapt.

The duration of the game is approximately 70 minutes in the Gaya Hall Escape and about 120 minutes for the Baba Yaga Escape Room. It's important to note that this duration is an estimated time and depends on the experience and skill level of the players. The difficulty of the game is adjusted for each group so that everyone can enjoy their experience.

Only in the "Horror" and "Realistic Horror" versions. Our actors will ensure that you feel completely immersed in our experiences, adding an extra touch of adrenaline. In the "Mystery" version, there are no actors or jumpscares.

Yes, we recommend booking in advance to ensure that your preferred day and time are available. Demand tends to be high, especially on weekends!

However, we understand the magic of playing an Escape Room as an impromptu plan. For bookings made less than 24 hours in advance, you should call us at (+34 614 52 00 33, and we will do our best to accommodate you if we have any available sessions that day.

Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours before the reserved session without any fees. In this case, you can reschedule the session once for free to another date at the time of cancellation, without losing the payment of the reservation. If it is the second rescheduling, there will be a fee of €25.

If you must cancel at the last minute, you can reschedule the reservation, but it will incur a fee of €25. In case of no-shows on the reserved day and time without prior notice, the total amount paid for the reservation will be forfeited, with no right to a refund or rescheduling of the session.

Under no circumstances will refunds for reservations be issued. If you have made a mistake with the day, game, or time, call us in advance (up to 72 hours before your reservation) and we will reschedule it without any problem. Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a fee of €25.

It is extremely important that you arrive at the reserved time to avoid affecting the following bookings. Any delay will be deducted from the total game time. Once 15 minutes of grace period have passed, the session will be canceled, and there will be no possibility of recovering the amount paid.

We want everyone to enjoy the experience in our Escape Room, but it's important to mention that our rooms are not fully adapted for people with reduced mobility. Some areas of the game may not be accessible for individuals using wheelchairs or those with movement difficulties.

However, if you notify us in advance, we will adapt the game as best as possible so you can enjoy the experience in the most complete way. Although the games can be adjusted for reduced mobility, the experience may not be fully realized due to the nature of the games.

Our Game Master will always do everything possible to ensure you complete the experience, adjusting the difficulty and the assistance provided so that you can enjoy our games from start to finish. However, if time runs out and you are unable to complete the experience fully, our team will give you a brief explanation at the end so that you can always know the outcome of the story.
